Cleveland Crunch Partners with City of Cleveland for Youth Soccer Event

CLEVELAND, Ohio (July 28, 2026) — The Cleveland Crunch joined the City of Cleveland, Mayor Justin M. Bibb, Zack Reed, the City of Cleveland Division of Recreation, the U.S. Conference of Mayors, Cleveland SCORES, Super Soccer Stars and FIFA for a special youth soccer event held July 27 at Mall C in Downtown Cleveland.

As part of the event, 150 FIFA soccer balls were distributed to local children. The Crunch also hosted a free soccer clinic, allowing participants to practice their skills and interact with players Jacob Roberto, Pedro Tzul, Omar Najjar and Macain Spragling, along with Head Coach Antonio Manfut and members of the team’s ownership group and staff.

The event continued Cleveland’s Summer of Soccer celebration while giving local children an opportunity to experience the game firsthand. The Cleveland Crunch is proud to support initiatives that make soccer more accessible and inspire the next generation of players.
