1. How much is parking at the IX Center?


Parking at the IX Center will be $10 and will be purchased at the gate upon arrival, unless you purchase a season ticket pass that includes free parking. There will be a parking attendant on site.


2. Where can I purchase tickets?


You can purchase tickets for all Cleveland Crunch home games within the TicketSwift app. When you click on the event you want to attend within the app, you’ll see the option to buy a Family Four pack or single tickets. There are also season ticket packages available within the app.


Tickets can also be purchased at the door using cash, valid credit card or debit card.

 

3. What are the season ticket packages?

 

The ticket packages are as follows:


General Seating Admission w/ parking included: $99

INCLUDES:

General Admission Seating w/no perks: $80

Family 4-pack:

  • Four tickets to one Cleveland Crunch home game at the I-X center

4. Can I buy season tickets at the door?


No. 

 

5. What is the difference between premium level seating and general seating at the IX Center?


General seating is $15 a ticket and includes a folding chair placed on the ground. Premium seating is $20 a ticket and is a raised stadium style padded chair that levels up in rows. 


6. Will there be food at the IX Center?


Yes. There will be food trucks and concession options available.


7. Are there discounts for group rates?

 

Yes. Groups of 12 or more will receive $3 off each ticket. Within the Ticket Swift app, if you add more than 12 tickets to your cart, the price automatically fixates to the discount. Group rates will ONLY be taken prior to the event on the Ticket Swift app.
