IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PARKING FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/FAMILY FOUR PACKS AT THE IX CENTER

Cleveland, Ohio, January 24, 2023 - If you purchased a season ticket package or Family Four Pack that includes free parking at the IX Center for the Cleveland Crunch home games on Jan. 28 and Jan. 29, 2023, you will be reimbursed for parking.

Individuals who purchased a Family Four Pack for either the Jan. 28 or Jan. 29 game will receive a $10 refund. If you purchased a Family Four Pack for both days (Jan. 28 and Jan. 29), you will be refunded $20. 

Individuals who purchased a season ticket package that includes free parking will be reimbursed $20 for this weekend ($10 for Jan. 28 and $10 for Jan. 29).

If you purchased a Family Four Pack or season ticket package that includes free parking on or before Jan. 23, 2023, you should receive your refund within 5-7 business days. If you purchased a Family Four Pack on or after Jan. 24, 2023, we are issuing refunds for parking as orders come in and you should receive your refund within 7 days of the purchase date. All refunds will be issued back to the card used at the time of purchase. 

As we are refunding parking for the IX Center this weekend, all season ticket holders who had parking included in their tickets will be required to purchase parking at the gate for Jan. 28 and Jan. 29.
