IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PREMIUM/GENERAL SEATING AT THE IX CENTER

Cleveland, Ohio, Jan. 25, 2022 - As we approach opening weekend at the IX Center Jan. 28 and Jan. 29, we have important updates to share.

The Cleveland Crunch initially planned to have general seating be individual chairs located on the floor, but due to safety reasons, individuals cannot sit within 15 feet of the boards. To ensure all fans have a safe and comfortable experience, general seating will be bleacher seating on the left side of the arena under the screen. General seating will face the field. If you must sit on the floor area due to accessibility needs, we will ensure you a safe and secure spot.

Premium seating is bleacher seating located on the right side of the arena, which includes a view of the big screen and center view of the field.

General seating and Family Four Packs are sold out for Jan. 28 and Jan. 29. All tickets purchased from now until the games this weekend will be premium seating only. Tickets at the door will be $20. 

Season ticket packages are sold out for the season. Family Four pack options are currently unavailable to purchase for March games at the IX Center until we solve parking logistics. 

Individual tickets can be purchased within the TicketSwift app. We are aware that some people have been having issues with the Ticket Swift app. The issue should be solved tomorrow as the app was going through an IOS update. If you already purchased tickets, your tickets are secure.
