Cleveland, Ohio – The Cleveland Crunch is proud to announce that The MetroHealth System, one of Cleveland’s top-ranked hospitals, will once again serve as the team’s exclusive medical provider for the 2024-25 season. This partnership marks the fifth consecutive year of collaboration, further solidifying MetroHealth’s role as a trusted ally in keeping the Crunch players in peak condition.

The MetroHealth Sports Medicine team will provide the Crunch with expert medical support, ensuring players receive the highest level of care during both practices and competitions. With a focus on injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, MetroHealth is a key factor in the team’s ability to stay healthy and competitive.

“We are incredibly grateful for our longstanding partnership with MetroHealth,” said Andriana Ruscitto, Cleveland Crunch public relations director. “For five years, their sports medicine team has been essential in keeping our players active and healthy, and they’ve been instrumental in guiding injured players through recovery.”

The continued partnership with MetroHealth has allowed the team to build strong connections with the medical staff, particularly with Laurel Beverley, MD, co-director of the MetroHealth Sports Medicine team.

“MetroHealth is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with the Cleveland Crunch to ensure the team’s athletes continue to stay at the top of their game and ready to compete,” Dr. Beverley said. “MetroHealth is committed to supporting athletes at all levels – from professionals to weekend warriors – and helping them reach their full potential,”
